1. Service Description
Kelam is a mobile application that provides religious content, prayer times, Qibla finder, and AI-powered Islamic assistant services.
2. Subscription and Payment Terms (Apple & Google)
The following terms apply to “Premium” features offered within the app:
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes (Apple) or Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
- Refund Policy: Refund requests are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their respective policies. No refunds are provided directly by Kelam.
- EULA: By using this app, you also agree to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA): Apple EULA
3. Intellectual Property
All rights to the designs, logos, text, and software within the application are owned by Kelam. Unauthorized copying or commercial use of content is strictly prohibited.
4. AI Generated Content
- Responses generated by the AI do not constitute official religious rulings (fatwas) or definitive information.
- Users are solely responsible for how they use this information.
- For sensitive matters, consulting official authorities is highly recommended.
5. Disclaimer
The application is not liable for technical issues, potential deviations in prayer times, or consequences arising from the interpretation of AI-generated content.
