This Privacy Policy has been prepared to explain how your personal data is collected, processed, and protected by the Kelam mobile application.

1. Data Collected and Purposes of Processing

The following data may be processed within the scope of the application:

• Account Information: Email and user ID obtained during registration (for authentication).
• Location Data: Precise geographic location (GPS) from your device for automatic calculation of prayer times and detection of Qibla direction (only with your permission and while the app is in use).
• Usage Data: Information about feature usage, premium status, and in-app interactions.
• AI Conversations: Chat history and feedback from the AI Assistant (to improve service quality).
• Technical Information: Device model, OS version, and unique device identifiers (IDFA/AAID).
• Analytics and Crash Reports: Data used to measure app performance and resolve technical issues.

2. Third-Party Services and Partners

To provide our services efficiently, we collaborate with the following providers:

• Google AdMob: Uses device identifiers (IDFA, AAID) to deliver advertisements. In the free version, it may show you personalized ads.
• Adapty: Used for managing subscription transactions, payment verification, and access to premium features.
• Firebase (Google): Used for analytics, push notifications (Cloud Messaging), crash reporting (Crashlytics), and data storage (Firestore/Auth).
• AI Providers: Text inputs may be processed anonymously to power chat features.

3. Advertising and Tracking Permissions

In compliance with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) and Google’s advertising policies:

• Users can change their ad personalization preferences at any time via Profile > Legal Information > Manage Ad Privacy.
• Advertising identifiers are used only with explicit user consent.

4. Notifications

The app may send push notifications for prayer times and important updates. You can manage these preferences in your device settings or via the notification menu within the app.

5. Data Security and Retention

Your data is protected using industry-standard encryption methods to prevent unauthorized access. Personal data such as your dhikrs and notes are stored only on your device. Server-side data (account info, AI history) is maintained in high-security cloud infrastructures (Firebase).

6. Children’s Privacy

Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.

7. Account Deletion

Users can delete their accounts at any time through the in-app settings. Upon deletion, all personal data associated with your account on our servers (email, AI history, etc.) will be permanently anonymized or removed.
